Day in the life:
At NCompass It was my responsibility to produce and oversee creative for all accounts at NCompass LA & Chicago. I understood our client's business, brand and marketing objectives, and contributed to their evolution and success. My team produced award winning creative online and offline for Interactive / Traditional / Experiential / Engagement / Experience & Relationship Marketing. I managed and led the work of a dynamic team of multi-disciplined artists and creatives. When opportunity struck, l grabbed projects to develop from the white board through completion. As part of a core team I traveled regularly to represent NCompass' creative and creative capabilities during pitch meetings and agency reviews at Fortune 100 company headquarters.
As an integral cog in the campaign machine, NCompass' Creative Dept. facilitated billions of dollars of retail sales for our clients.
Highlights:
NCompass was named the 25th fastest growing women owned business in America by Entrepreneur Magazine - 2009. NCompass tripled its annual billings during the last four years.
Additional highlight, I took great pride in the fact that our primary AOR accounts were all #1 in their respective industry. Day in the life:
Designed and/or directed look and feel for websites, UI, UX and weekly eBlast promotions for over 20 unique clients. Worked with large in-house team including photographers and programmers to achieve top of class creative for some of the world's best known fashion brands. I was responsible for interfacing with clients to cover creative needs and approvals, included travel, corporate HQ meetings and pitches to marketing executives and company principals.
Highlights:
I produced an astonishing amount of work in 1 year. Onestop experienced massive growth while I was on board (Big Team Effort), offices expanded from 50,000 sq. feet to 100,000 sq feet. My wiffle ball skills went from novice to expert. UI & UX - Liz Claiborne's Worldwide Interactive Director claimed I designed "the best dynamic outfit builder-cross sell" in the fashion ecommerce industry ...not an official award, but one of the greatest compliments I've received for design.
Worth noting: I won this coveted position to work with these design centric - cutting edge brands. Onestop held a paid design competition. Creatives were asked to submit interactive portfolios, Onestop hand picked finalists and then paid each one to design comps for MissSixty.com. My design was chosen and I had a desk and office within a week.
